1KG of our house coffee beans. A medium roast blend of coffee from Brazil and El Salvador. This is a great all round coffee that works as beautifully on its own as an espresso as it does in a flat white, latte or cappuccino. Also makes a great filter coffee. This coffee supports Project Waterfall that helps bring clean water to coffee growing communities.

Flavour Notes: Pine Nut, Raisin and milk chocolate 

We use a 1:2 ratio here at the cafe by putting in 18g of coffee to get 36g of espresso. We aim for 25-32 seconds depending on pre-infusion.
